Due to COVID-19 and the constantly changing scenario of the pandemic, Crossroads will be making decisions about Sunday corporate worship gatherings on a week-to-week basis, taking into consideration the guidelines being issued by the CDC (cdc.gov), the state of Florida, and local authorities.
Dear Crossroads Family:
Recently, the Crossroads leadership board met to discuss the appropriate time to resume services on the church campus. The leaders have been taking this matter very seriously since the health of our church family is of utmost importance. After much prayer and discussion, the board is recommending that we offer two worship services for those who feel comfortable meeting again in person. We will be offering two identical one-hour services (9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.) in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
If you are over 60, have medical conditions that put you at high-risk, or you simply do not feel comfortable attending a public worship service yet, you are encouraged to continue joining Crossroads worship via online resources that will be made available. The services will not offer any kind of childcare or children’s ministry; however, there will be designated, clean facility areas for parents to take younger children if they should need to leave the service temporarily. Families will sit together for the worship services and be properly distanced from other families and individuals. Thorough cleaning of the facility will be done prior to the services. Cleaning of restrooms and other areas will be done between services.
If you have any questions about the services, please contact the Crossroads office via phone (863-967-6252) or email (email@example.com). As we continue to walk through uncertain days, may we say with the Psalmist: “As for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more” (Psalm 71:14).
Let’s keep praising our great God more and more through the storm!
